iPad mini 4 WLAN Problems

Got a new iPad mini 4 and I'm currently going through the setup procedure. For some reason I cannot connect to my WLAN network.

All my other devises have no problems. I can also connect to my iPhone 6S hotspot. Are there any WLAN problems reported for the mini 4?

Could it be that my mini 4 is defect?
