We just received our 15 inch MacPro, I plan to use thumb drive to take photo, documents from the IMac 24. When I am finished, how do I reset to factory setting, erase all memory. I also need to eliminate the cloud to our IPads. Thanks, retired Nancy W.
Clickhereand follow the instructions. When you reach step 5, insert its original disk, restart with the C or Option key held down, use the Disk Utility to erase the internal drive, and install a fresh OS.
