Macbook Pro Screen scratch due to keyboard/trackpad?

Did you have Apple fix it for you? Mine has the same problem too.

Does yours look like this and in the same position? I had my screen replaced twice already and the second screen had the same two marks in the same exact spot! I think it's a factory defect
