Pages for Mac: was the Outline feature eliminated in latest version (El Capitan), in 2015?

No release of Pages v5 through 5.6.1 on El Capitan has outline support as one would find in many non-Apple word processing applications.

Outlining was "eliminated" over 2 years ago when Pages 5 came out. Pages 5 simply has over 100 features MIA.

The "latest version" btw is Pages 5.6.1, not "El Capitan" which is the version of OSX. They are not synonymous.

Use Pages '09 which should still be on your Mac unless you deleted it.
