iphone 4 had no problem
blue tooth is on under devices & I hit connect in car & wheel just spins
Did you have this iPhone 4 connected to the same vehicle in the past? Did you restore the iPhone 6s Plus to the backup of the iPhone 4, and does it have the same name as the iPhone 4? If so, then go into the settings of the vehicle and remove the device from the list, and then put the vehicle back into discovery/pairing mode and try again.
