Intel CPU stuck at .78ghz after about 10 minutes of being booted into windows 10. (Late 2013 rMBP 2.3/16/512/750)
I've been having this issue where my CPU underclocks to .78ghz and remains stuck at that speed. Even when I use CPU-Z to stress the cpu, the cpu refuses to clock up to an appropriate speed. Here's a picture to show what I'm talking about...any ideas?
