Videos from Photos 1.2 Library not showing in iMovie 10.1

Hello! I am trying to create a movie in iMovie 10.1.

In my event in Photos 1.2, I have imported 86 photos and 10 videos. They are all visible in my Photos library. In my Photos app preferences, I have the correct library selected as my System Photo Library. However, when I create a movie in iMovie, only 2 videos are available. Any ideas?

On iMovie, I am looking under Photos Library, then in the media browser, Years, All Years>2015>Videos

My question in short is, why don't all of my videos from Photos show up in iMovie? I'm running the latest of both applications, and the videos that I'm trying to access in iMovie are on the cloud in Photos if that makes a difference.
