Siri respond bug

i have this bug when ever I use siri and this annoys me because iOS 9.1 supposedly made the Siri experience for apple users better but not this time like when I use Siri and ask for example change my name or search something it just keeps on loading and the only way to make Siri work again is closing Siri and re-opening it again for every single question. Please fix this bug thanks
