Why am I suddenly receiving iPhone accessories from China?

I am receiving small packets from China with what appear to be iPhone accessories. The first was a cord cover which I actually needed. I have also received screen covers for both iPhone 5 and 6, and several items today that I can't even identify. Can anyone fill me in?
