Phone sent for repair. Replacement issued apparently. Yet where is it? anyone else had this problem?

Thank you Steve. I was getting a little worried, I've been following the Ups tracking and I saw it had arrived there over 2 weeks ago but heard nothing since. I wasn't even aware I was getting a replacement until I tried to search on the apple website and I was greeted with the message 'This serial number shows the device has already been replaced'. 😐 Lets hope it arrives soon 🙂
Probably on its way. As soon as you are granted a replacement, the old one is listed as replaced. Contact Apple Support at 1-800-MY-APPLE to ask about the status of your repair.
My iphone was sent to The Netherlands (Breda) for repair. When I search for the device it say's it has been replaced. Yet I have recieved no replacement? HELP
