Not my Apple ID when updating apps after El Capitan update

Hello Community,

I have a mid 2014 MacBook Pro, I am the only owner, I bought it from Apple directly.

I recently updated fro Mavericks to El Capitan, after doing so, when I update the core applications (Pages, Keynote, iPhoto etc) I'm asked to enter my Apple ID password, however, there is an email address I do not recognise pre-populated in the prompt.

I've read similar posts about performing a "Raw Query" using - kMDItemAppStoreHasReceipt=1 and some of the apps that came pre-installed on my mac have "crosses" through them and are unable to be updated without this Apple ID that has been pre-populated. (See below).

Can anyone suggest why this may be the case and how I can go about resolving it?

Thanks in advance.

Archseer.
