I can't buy any song with "Explicit" tag. I allowed listening deviant content in settings but nothing has been changed.

I can't buy any song with "Explicit" tag. I allowed listening deviant content in settings but nothing has been changed.

Problem has been always with me since I turned on my iPad Air 2 based on iOS 8.4.1 at first time. Today I have iOS 9.1 and nothing was actually changed. Also I can't find titles or artists with deviant content on Apple Music.

Did someone face this problem already and how did you solve it? Thanks.
