After updating to OS X EL Capitan I can not sign in to my apple ID or my exchange account. It says something is wrong with my server although I am online just fine.

I updated to OS X EL Capitan 10.11 and since then cannot log into my apple id or my exchange account. It says it cannot connect to the server but my internet is working just fine. Any ideas??
