Game Center restore

I just upgraded my phone and the version of my Clash of Clans game restored through Game Center is not correct.

Before upgrading, every time I'd open the app Game Center would ask me if I wanted to restore to a game that was level 2. I don't know where this level 2 version came from or why it asked me every time so i just ignored it thinking it would go away. After my upgrade from iPhone 6 to iPhone 6s Plus today the game that I've had for a few years and spent prob $100's on is gone. How can I get it back?!
