HELP. I got a new IPAD PRO direct from Apple Online

Purchased a new Apple IPAD Pro from Apple online.

1. Took my money straight away, but took a week to receive.

2. Set up & it failed within 4 hours of use (& yes it was fully charged)

3. Phoned 133622 & was told to ring 1300321456.

4. After 3 hours of being transferred & hung up on (obviously too hard for staff) I started to get frustrated.

5. Asked to speak to someone to lodge complaint about the poor customer service, but told me there was not one.

6. Went online to request call back to lodge complaint, but no one has responded & there is no Complaints email address, only a feedback address.


HOW CAN I LODGE A COMPLAINT regarding the bad customer service. Honestly, Telstra are better to deal with.
