Which Ipod Nano Generations have alarm clocks?

Because of new noisy neighbors (alliteration!), I need to buy an iPod that lets me play white noise at a high enough volume to block out the base vibrating my ceiling, but has an alarm clock that will interrupt the white noise with music to wake me up in the morning. I COULD use my phone, but I toss and turn in the night and I don't want to damage the jack. I think I remember my gen 2 and maybe my gen 4 having alarm clocks? But my gen 6 doesn't have one and I don't think the gen 7 has one.
So all I need to know is which Nano gen's have an alarm clock?
Not a stopwatch, by the way. I've gotten that suggestion and the idea of having to program the thing every night is not feasible. I would only need to forget once to be in big trouble. Being late in Japan is almost a crime.
