Q: Sync iPhone to iPad with no computer USB Port?

What did you try exactly?
Apps are automatically downloaded assuming you're using the same apple ID & password & settings
(Settings > iTunes & App Store > Automatic Downloads > select here)
Data from Notes, Calendars, Pages, Numbers & Keynotes, etc. are also sync to iCloud Drive
(Settings > iCloud > iCloud Drive > select here)
