Phone Locked Up
My grandson was use the mind craft app and since then my phone is completely locked up and I cannot even shut it off. If you have had this problem and know the fix, please let me know.

A forced restart may help. Tap and hold the Home button and the On/Off buttons for approximately 15-20 seconds, until the Apple logo reappears. When the logo appears, release both buttons.
