That would depend entirely on the Home Theater system. Since the Apple Tv 4 only has an HDMI output, if the home theater does not have an HDMI input, you would need whatever adapter / cable your Home theater has input for.

Output would go to your TV, so not relevant for connecting the apple Tv to it. Bluetooth on the Apple Tv is limited to headphones and controllers at this time.

Perhaps it would be easier if you provide the brand and model of the Home Theater.

It does not appear you can connect an Apple TV 4 directly.

You could connect it through the Optical input for Audio only using one of these:

You would need a couple of HDMI cables, and an optical spdif cable for the audio.

Alternatively if your TV has an optical audio output, you can use that instead to get the Audio out to the home theater through its optical audio input.
