Unable to download pictures from PC to iPhone

Before the update on iTunes, i was able to sync my photos through iTunes from my laptop to my iPhone. But recently i was unable to sync pictures with iTunes with it saying i could download pictures through WiFi or cellular network. My phone is connected to iTunes when my WiFi is switched on, however it is unable to sync any photos. Also when my phone is attached with a wire to the PC there is a pop up error when i tried to send photos to my phone saying the device was not connected when it was clearly plugged in to my computer. Help please.

Hey Dionnelatte,

It sounds like you may have two issues happening here. The first I want to address is the inability of your PC to recognize your iPhone when plugged into the computer. Here’s an article for you that will help you troubleshoot that issue:
