Boot Camp Windows 10 Black Screen w/ Power Source Connected

I recently installed windows 10 boot camp. Upgraded from windows 7 ultimate.

Now I'm getting the black screen when ever I have the power source connected. If I disconnect the power source the lcd screen works fine. Any video output using the ThunderBold works fine.

With the power source disconnected, adjust screen brightness in power options for the adapter connected state and test.
