notes app crashes after a few seconds
The notes app opens but then crrashes after a few seconds. Ipad mini with 9.1 ios. Any suggestions

I understand from your post that your Notes app on the iPad is quitting unexpectedly. To start troubleshooting this issue I suggest that you force the app to close, and then restart your iPad. If the issue persists after that, then please let us know, and also provide some more information as far as where the notes are being stored (iCloud, Google, etc.).
Turn your iOS device off and on (restart) and reset
