Question about backup.

So, to begin with, I haven't backed up my phone for quite some time ever since I changed to a different iPhones (Had a 5, currently have a 6s). However, my problem is that I don't have enough iCloud storage space and I dont know what to do besides buying more storage (don't really want to). Can I delete the old backup I have and then backup the phone I currently have, or will it delete everything, because the last backup was before I changed phones I think.. Don't know if it'll make any difference, but here are some pictures.

Each device will have it's own backup in iCloud if you are using multiple devices registered with the same AppleID. You can delete the backups you don't need anymore to get some spaced back, no other backups will be deleted, no matter if they have been used to set up another device.

Reducing the size of a backup by transferring photos from the camera roll to your computer and syncing them back again with iTunes can also save space.

More info about backing up in iTunes or iCloud and what is part of the backup can be found here:
