it wont restore, it just stays on the white screen with the grey loading bar. nothing happens it doesnt even load

Did you already try to connect in recovery mode and restore?
If you can't update or restore your iOS device
If this does not work either, you'll have to get the phone serviced by visiting an Apple Store or Apple Authorized Service Provider next to your place.
