Am I being Hacked?!

My phone was working perfectly fine before midnight but all of a sudden i go and refresh snapchat, my phone's network stopped working. I then turned on my wifi think maybe my service is down. Still nothing. I have then gone into setting for iCloud and still nothing when i noticed something say " cannot verify identity. There identity of map.gmail.com cannot be verified." When i pushed for more details it asked me if i should trust it or not and i said no, but then kept going back. Ive tried deleting my entire phone but it saying that i have the wrong apple ID and i have not changed it so i know I'm entering the right one. So now i am here asking for some help and to know why this is happening?! Am i being hacked?!!! And how can i fix it?!!!
