Hi, we recently ordered 30 new iPads for my school.
We have kept them in their sealed boxes in our air conditioned server room.
I have just unsealed all of the boxes and one of them looks like this...
I am sure Apple will honour their warranty seeing as this has never been switched on and is brand new, but I am curious to know what has gone wrong here?
I would say it is Manufacture Defect. If it is brand new device take it to Apple Store and request a refund.
