please kindly tell me how I disable my iCloud account permanently ,if I disable it whats happened to my iCloud account attached iPhones that I don't have ?
You can disable iCloud account with your Apple ID & password.

Settings > iCloud > Sign Out.
Note: It will only works if the iCloud account is yours.
Becouse when I log in to my iCloud account www.icloud.com ,there is no device in find my iPhone app,but when I checked the iPhone imei number,it's show me that device in activation lock,please kindly tell me what I do now ?
Like I've said, you can only sign out if that iCloud account belongs to you.
You cannot bypass Activation Lock, give it back to whether you got it from for a refund.
It will be useless to you.
yes this is my account,but I have not devices in my hand right now,I want to removed it in cloud.com, but there is no devices showing in findmy iPhone section ,but when I checked imei number of the iPhone it's showing that the device have in activation lock ,why is that?
I Am talking about my iphone that attached my iCloud account on that iPhone,and I have give that iphone to my friend ,but I foggot to removed my account ,and that iphone is still in transit in shipping to my friend,i need to removeth that account from iCloud.com before its reached to my friend hands,when I log in to my account from iCloud.com ,there is no devices showing in find my iPhone section,buti am sure i have attached my account and find my iPhone is still on,so I am asking that how I remove my account from that iPhone ?
Where did you see IMEI locked since you don't have the device?
Find My iPhone works only if it's On,
or have Internet connection
or battery is not dead
or device is not switched Off
