iPhone Purchasing Problem

Hello Everyone,

I'm gifting a iPhone to my brother who stays in idaho,united states, So Shipping Address is in Idaho,US. I'm ordering iPhone via Apple US site(apple.com) from India. During Payement process will the indian currency(Rupees) be converted into dollars. My payment is via Debit or Credit Card.
