Will my 2011 Time Capsule handle dual band wifi?
I have a BT Home Hub 5 in the UK, is my TC likely to be better for managing my wifi?

The TC is a simultaneous dual band wireless router, but no one here will really be able to tell you whether the TC would be better or worse compared to a HH5 as far as managing your WiFi.
The answer to that question can only be known when you try things out on your own network. Hook both up, try each one out, and choose the one that you want to use. Once you know which one that you want, you can turn off the WiFi on the other.
