USB Drive not detected

Since update to El Capitan I have troubles with attaching a USB Drive (3.0) that works

in Yosemite very very we'll - within any anomalies.


I have to unplug and plug again , sometimes again , thats working.


I see some error messages :

It seems to be not a hardware problem, I see the problem in the El Capitan OS.

Interesting, I am running VMWare Fusion 8.1.0 & El Capitan 10.11.2 and am still getting the same errors when I try and connect a USB audio device.
