iPad pro not syncing with Exchange email

i am having the same problem, I followed the steps as suggested and it worked for a day or two then the same problem of not syncing. The only way to get it to sync is reset the iPad, which is frustrating or delete the exchange account and then add it later, something is different with the iPad pro and my iPad Air which had no problems
