My beats studio wireless is not working, Help!!!

hey everyone. i just tried up update my studio wireless & the beats site said that it was "update interrupted". Battery lights were all pulsing during the update and not the **** thing wont even power on! called Apple support/Beats support and they told me to hpld down the power button for 10 seconds but to no avail. tried this method on the video & still no go. anyone dealt with this problem and fixed it?
