How do I refund ibooks audiobook?

Hi,

I bought an ibooks audiobook in ibooks store, but an audiobook plays only in ibooks app. I expected to listen from Music app so I can read and listen my favourite books at the same time. I guess since Music app updated with apple music ibooks has moved to in ibooks app, but I did not know that. And I have tried to refund in iTunes store and ibooks store but unable to find ibooks audiobook in my purchase history. Please help me to refund the audiobook.

You won't find 'ibooks audiobook' in your purchase history, you need to look for the audiobook by its name.

There are third-party apps that will play audiobooks in the background so that you can read books in the iBooks app.

Purchases are considered final but you can try the 'report a problem' page to contact iTunes Support and see if they will refund or credit you : http://reportaproblem.apple.com , or you can try contacting iTunes Support via http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/ww
