My 27 Thunderbolt display does not turn on when I boot or restart my Mac mini 2014

I have a late 2014 mac mini runing osx 10.11.1. The monitor is Apple 27 Thunderbolt display.

The display does not turn on when I boot or restart the mac. If lucky, it will turn on maybe 5 mins later.

I ran the apple diagnose program but nothing is wrong.

Mac mini, OS X El Capitan (10.11.1)

I have solved the problem. It seems there is something wrong with the power supply in my house.

I bought a UPS and everything works well.
