The memory bar shows a huge video but I can't find it on my iPhone, "Usage" did not reveal the file

iPhone 6, ios 9.

The memory bar on iTunes on my Mac shows a huge video but I can't find it on my iPhone.

I tried Setting, Storage, "Usage" but still did not reveal the file

I even know the name but Spotlight on my iPhone shows nothing
