What kind of track? Does the track contain an audio file, or recordings, or loops?
You can speed up recordings and loops by changing the tempo of the project or using the Tempo Track.
If you want to change the tempo of an audio file, add it as a loop to the Loop browser (File > Add to Loop Browser). You have to trim the audio file to an exact number of measures, so it can be added to the Loop Library as a regular loop that follows tempo and pitch and not as a one-shot loop.
After you add the loop back to the project, you can change the tempo of the project and the loop will adjust to the new tempo.
