Can't download purchased album

I recently purchased an album on my iPhone, and it then disappeared from my music library. I went to the purchased menu in iTunes and the album was there. So I tapped the cloud button to redownload all the songs on the album. After they were done downloading, the cloud icon reappeared and they were not in my music library. Anyone know what happened? I've also tried to restart my iPhone as well.
