iphone 4s ios 9.1 mobile data consumption is very high noticed that system service alone consuming around 95% of mobile data
please give solution to overcome the issue i am very affected due to this nowadays since my one month data will go by just one or two days

Check Settings > Cellular, and tap on System Services to see a breakdown of what's using up the data.

Also go to notifications scroll down turn off banners and stuff you DONT
Need.

its observed GENERAL in system consumes more data (around 90% of usage data)
please suggest something to overcome the issue
"General" usually indicates data usage for iCloud or iTunes. Try going to Settings > iCloud and see if iCloud Drive is On. If so, go to iCloud Drive settings and set Use Cellular Data to Off.
