I've asked the hosts to remove your email address from your post - it's not a good idea to post it on any public forum (unless you like spam emails).
You've tried deleting and re-adding your email account, and double-checked on your provider's website for the settings to use e.g. https://community.shaw.ca/docs/DOC-2181 ?
