Autolock on my iPad 2 Air with iOS 9.1 only has 2 options. Why?

My iPad 2 Air with iOS 9.1 only has 2 options on Autolock - 2" & 5". My iPhone 6 has 7 optons. How can I get these optons on my iPad?

iOS 9.1, iPad 2 Air with 128 Gb

Do you have an Exchange (e.g. work) email account set up on the iPad that might be limiting the options due to security reasons ? Or some other profile set up on it ?

Yes, my work email is listed as an Exchange. Is this a security issue then that overrides the Autolock options?

The administrator of the account is likely disabling the longer periods to limit the chance of other people being able to access your work emails
