I Keep posting the same question and never get an answer. I heard how wonderful apple support was but no answer. Do they answer any of these questions in these forums?

I Have multiple reminders set in the reminder app. For some reason they all do not alert me even though I have a bunch set to be repetitive daily. There is no rhyme or reason. One day the same one will go off and then the next day it won't. This is a problem when I set it to remind me to take a medication or something and it doesn't go off. I worked with Apple support when I first got the phone and they actually sent me a brand new one but the new one still had the same issue. I cant imagine I am the only one to experience this. I posted this multiple times and no one replied. That's the long and the short of it.
Try deleting the reminders and adding them back.
How do I get apple support to answer my question?
