Updates keep asking for password for wrong Apple ID

Hi,

On my iphone 6 running iOS9 i was using account X (authorised for Danish store) then i needed an app from US App Store so i logged out user X and logged in with user Y (a user i have for US app store), installed the app, then logged back into X and now 90% updates asks for pass for user X although i have logged out, how do i get rid of that ?

I mean i know by fact that for instance WhatsApp which i have an update for was bought with account X but AppStore asks for password for account Y, how is that possible ? Am i mistaking something here ? How do i fix this ?

/Mihai
