i have iphone 4s working on ios 6.1.3 and i want it to upgrade ios 7.1.2, i know that apple is not signing on both ios version but i want upgrade it on next version not to ios 8 or ios 9 just want ios 7.1.2 is there any way to go on ios 7.1.2 ????????

i have another iphone 6
my iphone 6 on ios 8.3 last version of ios 8 was working fine. But when i upgraded it on ios 9.1 and restored my previous backup data to ios 9.1 my phone working slowly than ios 8.3 even i clear my all multitasking windows / apps and restart than same apps which i cleared they shown ....
i just dont want to lost my messages any solution.?????????
