No Service + SIM not allowed

Hi,

After updating iOS to version 9 (9.0.0, 9.0.1 and 9.1 now) i have problems with connecting to my network (Transatel FR-CH).

With version 8.* everything used to work fine till early October update to version 9.

I've tried to restart network setting, cleaning and updating carrier setting - nothing helps.

I still see 'No Service' information (manual selection of the carrier also doesn't have any effect).

Entering Settings->General->About->Network shows 'SIM not allowed.' information.

Does anyone have any idea how the problem can be tackled? I've been fighting with it for quite some time now and the phone is useless.
