Run app the dynamically syncs music to pace?

Hello,

My wife is interested in using a 5K run training app (one that starts with a walk-run-walk-run approach, progressively shifting to all running), but is frustrated that the music she is listening to stays (for example) at a high tempo when she's in the walk phase. Ideally, she'd like to use an app that monitors cadence and shifts to a different song, depending on whether she's walking or running. I know she'd prefer to use music on her iPhone, but might be open to using a streaming service, if the above features worked.

Any ideas?
