you see there is this app I can't delete and it won't let me download any other apps. And It would never delete. I tried connecting tto itunes but it would detect the app. Any help?

What app is it? When you tap and hold do you see the "x" to delete it?
Did you read the title? when I try to delete it it just says " ". But now I can download other apps
I'm sorry, but I still don't understand what " " means. It sounds like you were able to solve your download problem.

It looks like you are trying to delete an app that never fully downloaded. Can you completely install it on your computer? If so, do that then try to sync it to see if it fully installs then try to delete it.
