Jun 5, 2016 3:57 AM in response to terencefromsuffolkby terencefromsuffolk,Apologies to everyone for not posting an update earlier. Although the suggested solutions helped to the extent that I could get past the account login screen I was still getting "Safari Can't Open Page" when moving around the account. Unnerved by this I removed all the money from the account and didn't think about it for months. I recently renewed my subscription to "Kaspersky Internet Security for Mac" and I have Version 9.1.1 of Safari installed. Out of curiosity I tried accessing my Sainsbury's account and to my surprise I didn't have any problem doing so.
I can't offer a reason why the problem has gone away, but I am pleased that it has.
