unicode of death

Since a weird sequence of letters have been sent to my iPhone which later on I found out it's called 'unicode of death' , my iPhone started to get hot and to waste its charge more frequently and quickly. I have every reason to believe there is a virus in my iPhone , and I am pretty sure they have videotaped me from my own iPhone! Also , this virus , program or whatever has infected my Mac because I connected my iPhone to it to download some photos. For this reason , if anyone knows how to get rid of this or knows anyone who can help me about this I will be very grateful.
