I've tried multiple times but I still haven't got a reset email for my security questions

everytime I go to buy a song on iTunes it makes me verify my account with security questions and i don't remember the answers so I press send me a reset email and I press it multiple times but I still don't get a email . i check all folders in my email and I've even tried using a different email but still nothing.
