How can I export my photos from iPhoto on an iBook G4 to a MacBook Pro, preferably without a cable, which I don't have?

What do you have? An external drive you could plug in? Or a thumbs drive?
Do you have iPhoto on your MacBook Pro, so you could copy the iPhoto Library over, or do you just want to transfer the photos?
If you have an external drive, copy the iphoto Library to that drive, then open it in iPhoto on your MacBook Pro.
Depending on the iPhoto version on your G4 you may need first to run the iPhoto Library Upgrader: see: iPhoto '11: About the Library Upgrader

I have nothing, only a super efficient wi-fi, an iPhone 5 and an iPad2; my iPhoto is 4.0, and on the MacBook Pro I have Photo. Of course I can buy a cable, however can I do without if both computers are on the same wi-fi link?

How do I set up a wireless network?
Connect them both to the Internet, use the Sharing pane of System Preferences on either computer to enable File Sharing, and then use the Connect to Server command in the Finder's Go menu on the other.
